Does GALC cater for Special Needs Children?

Although GALC is not a special needs facility, we do accept students with special needs including learning difficulties, ADHD, dyslexia and Asperger’s Syndrome. Small study groups allow for individual attention for each child.

What are GALC’s operating hours?

Glen Afric Learning Centre will offer full time tutoring between the hours of 7.30am and 4.30pm.  Registration is from 7:40-7:55am. Morning classes will run from 7.55am to 2.00pm with 2 break periods. Afternoon classes will run from 2.30 pm to 4.30pm and are for students who require additional tutoring to supplement their present studies.

All classes will be organised into set periods with set time tables for given subjects.  Time tables will be published at the start of each term.  Terms will follow the generally accepted South African Private Schools terms, and will be published at the beginning of each calendar year.
